- 1 visa form complete in all respects (form should be on a single sheet of paper with both the pages printed back to back)
- 2 recent coloured photographs with white background (scanned photo not allowed)
- Covering letter stating the purpose of visit
- Return confirm ticket (ticket should be on a single sheet of paper)
- Bank statements of last three months
If working: Letter from the employer stating No Objection is required

- Business invitation letter from Malaysian company

- Work permit approval letter from Immigration Department - Malaysia in original
